Is smoking allowed at the AMTD Idea Tribeca Hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in the building. A fee of up to 300 USD will be assessed for smoking or vaping in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for the locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.

Our standard policy is 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, however we do offer some rates with stricter policies. Please refer to your confirmation email if you have any questions.

Yes, $100 per night, capping at $700 for 7 or more nights.

Are pets welcome at the hotel at AMTD Idea Tribeca Hotel?
Pets and service animals are always welcome. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50 USD per pet, 1-4 night stays. Accidents requiring deep cleaning may result in an additional charge.

Parking & Transportation
Does AMTD Idea Tribeca Hotel offer parking?
Yes, we offer valet parking at the rate of $85+tax per day. We also offer self-parking at $55+tax per day. Secured and covered parking is available as well.
Other parking can be found offsite at 374 Greenwich Street, fees apply.
Is public transportation accessible from AMTD Idea Tribeca Hotel?
There are many public transportation options near the hotel, including the Canal Street Metro Station in walking distance from the hotel.
Do you have shuttle service from the airport?
No. Here are some ways to arrive:
From Newark (EWR)
- Public Transit: Take the AirTrain to the Newark Liberty Airport Station, then catch a NJ Transit train to NY Penn Station. From there, hop on the 1 Train (Subway) downtown to the Canal Street or Franklin St station.
- Taxi or Rideshare: Typically costs between $60–$80 and takes about 30–45 minutes.
From LaGuardia (LGA)
- Public Transit: Take the Q70-SBS "LaGuardia Link" bus (which is free) to the Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av station. Transfer to the E Train (Subway) downtown and get off at Canal Street.
- Taxi or Rideshare: A cab will likely be $40–$55 and take about 25–35 minutes.
From JFK Airport:
- Public Transit: Take the AirTrain to Howard Beach, then catch the A Train (Subway) toward Manhattan. Get off at the Canal Street station. It’s about a 1-hour trip and costs roughly $12.
- Taxi or Rideshare: A flat-fare yellow cab is about $70 (plus tolls/tip) and takes 45–60 minutes depending on traffic.
